The Year Of You – May 10, 2017 – Health
Transcribed by John Hawkins
KRIS: Now we trust that you are comfortable and we thank you for your consideration.
Something you might all be served to also consider. Now your discussions about health and health related matters and how you can program yourselves is most important and very timely. And there are countless examples of what people believe and how it comes about.
If any of you know anyone who teaches in elementary schools, especially in the lower grades, very young children, almost all teachers are convinced that somehow or other, if a child somewhere in the whole school sneezes they will get sick. There are many people who go about their daily lives and carry their own pens, and will not touch somebody else’s pen if and when they have to write or sign something. They will pull the pen out of their purse or pocket and not allow anyone to touch it. Because the belief is that if anyone touches their pen, or they touch somebody else’s pen, lo and behold, they will get germs and germ-itise.

KRIS: We are pleased that you have brought yourselves here. I see that you were earlier wishing to continue the exploration of things ancient and more ancient still as well as exploring some issues concerning human health. Perhaps we can begin by combining the discussions.
The issue of human consciousness, human perceptions and human health have also evolved parallel developments in the sense that some very [early] on in terms of manifesting the physical body in this dimension, men and women, human beings of various ilks and various beliefs have, for the longest time struggled with maintaining a good ratio of balances all around in terms of their connection with their inner self and ego, as well as trying to establish precedence and new discoveries by exploring the physical dimension of the dream state. Our statements for the next little while will be very LOADED. Continue reading

KRIS: We wish you a pleasant evening.
PAUL: Hello, Kris. It’s a pleasure to meet you.
KRIS: We trust that you are comfortable, and there is gunpowder in your gun. (Paul and Mark laugh) You were previously speaking of social and cultural patterns[?], a phenomenon that is quite important for the evolution of your species in terms of value fulfillment. Without those periodic deconstruction and new construction of ideas, ideals, and philosophical goals, your species would peter out rather quickly having no other heights to reach. Thus occasionally you have individuals who put forth ideas, new or reworked insights into the social and cultural fabric of your civilizations. Some fall by the wayside, while others seem to take root, sometimes like weeds, and thus change the fabric of your understanding as a species. Continue reading

KRIS: We do thank you both for having taken the time to come and visit, those near and far.
You were discussing earlier various mental conditions that afflict human beings. And it should always be kept in your minds that indeed there is a thin veil that separates those considered normal and those you might more easily label as disturbed.
What you do not realize is that in your own way you also manifest or display various personality structures, each one expressing various intents, wanting different experiences from reality. But your own personality constructs are highly polished and flow very smoothly one into the other to such a degree that you do not really see any changes that may take place or not. And when you speak with others who follow the same general patterns as yourselves, you do not see any changes unless they are rather radical.
