Self Appreciation

The Appreciation Game

Channeled by Serge J. Grandbois and Transcribed by Ellen Gilbert (Kwaa’Ji)
Recorded in Toronto, Canada on December 17, 2006

(7:46 PM)

KRIS: Indeed, we trust that you are all comfortable and we thank you for your lovely consideration. In pursuit of meaningfulness we would like to take a slightly different perspective with this evening’s material. You are all very accustomed and very learned in the art of finding all sorts and everything that you consider wrong with yourselves. All sorts of things that you dislike, discount, and wish to put out of yourselves.

Outer Reflections

Introducing The ‘Triple A’ Method

Transcribed by Marcy Singer (Arindel)
Recorded in Toronto, Canada on March 12, 2005

(Session begins at 7:58.)

KRIS: Then welcome to the Ad Hoc evening. (Laughter) We trust that you are all comfortable, those we have known before and those we meet for the first time on both sides of the lines of communication.

ELLEN: We’re hearing you loud and clear Kris.

KRIS: Indeed. (Pause)

ELLEN: Anything on the agenda tonight?

KRIS: As your educational system and your religious systems and your historical systems have demonstrated to you, civilizations arise and fall like the tides but on a much larger scale of time for they too are like waves. They represent differing and different ways of perception.

Thus your cultures and your civilizations take birth from the cradle of your minds. They are designed according to specific lines of perceptions and manifest themselves in 3-dimensional reality in the historical cultures and civilizations which you seed and interact within, creating what you call history and the timeline.

Healthy People

There Is No Need For Forgiveness

The Year Of You – May 10, 2017 – Health
Transcribed by John Hawkins

KRIS: Now we trust that you are comfortable and we thank you for your consideration.

Something you might all be served to also consider. Now your discussions about health and health related matters and how you can program yourselves is most important and very timely. And there are countless examples of what people believe and how it comes about.

If any of you know anyone who teaches in elementary schools, especially in the lower grades, very young children, almost all teachers are convinced that somehow or other, if a child somewhere in the whole school sneezes they will get sick. There are many people who go about their daily lives and carry their own pens, and will not touch somebody else’s pen if and when they have to write or sign something. They will pull the pen out of their purse or pocket and not allow anyone to touch it. Because the belief is that if anyone touches their pen, or they touch somebody else’s pen, lo and behold, they will get germs and germ-itise.

Rose-Coloured Glasses

Looking At The World Through Rose Colored Glasses

Transcribed by Ellen Gilbert (Kwaa’Ji)
Recorded in Toronto, Canada on August 1, 2005

[MARK’S NOTES: Prior to Kris’ grand entrance, Janie was talking about a Lazarus concept involving the ‘negative ego’. As you will soon see, Kris was eaves dropping and began his conversation on this topic.]

(Session begins at 8:19 PM.)

KRIS: We trust you are all comfortable.

ALL: (Greetings)

KRIS: We are intrigued by some of your definitions of the ego. You have pointed out that there is a negative ego and that brought our attention. Would you care to define the negative ego, and where it resides?

Joyful Expression IS Life

Why Being Joyful And Having Fun Is The Main Thing

Friday Evening Chat – Colorado Seth Conference
Transcribed by Marcy Singer
Recorded in Colorado, Friday September 26, 2003

Notes: the Colorado Seth Conference, originally called the Rocky Mountain Seth Conference for the first 10 years, has always been an extremely enjoyable and friendly place. The Conference is usually held at The Iron Horse Resort Retreat, at 9,200 feet altitude, not far from all the great skiing sites in the area. People at the Conference, including the Conference Committee, are just marvelous!

Everyone has always been very supportive of Kris and our efforts. Whenever we hold an impromptu evening in one of the meeting rooms, we may start out with 5 or 6 people and very quickly end up with 50, 60 or more. The camaraderie and the fun provide an atmosphere where Kris can chat and share with the crowd in ways he doesn’t get to do at home. Kris loves to work a crowd, exchanging and discussing ideas and displaying his own brand of humor.Continue reading

Armchair Universe

Our Ancient History Here And On Other Planets

Thursday Evening Chat – Colorado Seth Conference

Transcribed by Marcy Singer
Recorded in Winter Park, Colorado September 25, 2003

8:45 pm

KRIS: Not that we want the grand entrance, but it is nice once in a while to be anticipated. We do thank you enormously for your kindness in providing these opportunities. They enable Joseph and Philip to understand they are not stuck on a small island up north, but that they have available brothers and sister that are as capable as anyone of showing support, as you so kindly demonstrate today. So for that we are deeply indebted.

Now earlier you were speaking of whom really walks your streets, who really is sitting in your restaurant, who populates your world, what are your perception? And undoubtedly you believe a great deal in what your eyes tell you is out there outside of your sense of self, helping to create this assumption that the self has something that exists outside of and separate from it. Continue reading

The Art Of Happiness

The Art Of Personal Happiness And Fulfillment

August 18, 2003
Transcribed by Marcy Singer (Arindel)
Recorded in Toronto, Canada on August 18, 2003

[BACKGROUND NOTES: This session takes place just after the big power grid failure during the summer of 2003 where all of Ontario, Canada, parts of New York State, Ohio and the North Eastern States were all deprived of electricity.]

KRIS: We are glad that you have spared some time for your humble rendezvous with the universe. The events of the last few days in your city, as well as a large part of the Eastern Seaboard in the United States, has been cause for some concern and this has proven to be a most interesting time these last few days for many millions of people to find themselves suddenly deprived of a commodity that goes by almost unseen and of course very little thought is given to this commodity of electricity. Continue reading

High Expectations

Creating Reality Through Your Expectations

Transcribed by Marcy Singer (Arindel)
Recorded in Toronto, Canada on July 07, 2003

KRIS: Now we trust that your curiosity has been stirred with last week’s discussions. And that you are inquisitive, not only about so-called past lives but possibly you might become more and more curious about how things happen, why things happen, what makes things happen and so on.

In other words, what is the nature of existence? These are not the types of questions that would necessarily be answered in five minutes or less because there is a difference between life in general and your particular experience of that life, your private, personal, subjective experience of life in and of itself. Continue reading

Healthy Ego

Do You Think You Need To Get Rid Of The Ego?

Transcribed by Marcy Singer (Arindel)
Recorded in Toronto, Canada on April 28, 2003

Special Guest Anne Morse presenting Transeekers.

KRIS: We are glad that you have taken the time to come here. We understand that you are experiencing an extreme delightful day.

Now you were speaking about the ego, and you should understand several things about this much-maligned aspect of your personalities.

First off, the ego is not a thing apart or separate from the whole of your being, though the label of ego does apply to a specific function of certain aspects of the personality that function together for highly specialized purposes. And as we have suggested, it has been much maligned. Continue reading

Ancient History

Human History Is Much Older Than We Think

Roll Call: Serge, Jorge and Lori

Estimated time – 7:45 PM.

KRIS: We thank you for having taken of your rather nice day, and to spend some time with us. Beyond the topic of the revising of history and then some, it is indeed most interesting because there are large chunks of your history that do not appear in your ‘acceptable’ historical writing because it does not fit the views and theories of a particular group. And there are many examples throughout the world of such occurrences. Continue reading
