What Questions Should I Ask Kris?
Kris has been consulted innumerable times by people from all walks and backgrounds of life. From the average individual to PhDs, scientists, therapists, psychologists and more, since 1982 (41 years now).
Inquiries usually range from personal situations, to work environments to family life. Over the last 10 years inquiries have shifted more towards the meaning of life, how one can “find” themselves, reality creation, even more profound spiritual quests for happiness, mindfulness and inner healing, to self-realization and enlightenment, all of which Kris has proven a masterful coach/Mentor.
Kris is quite adept at helping you get their bearings, opening new doors in your life and moving away from past limiting beliefs, moving towards a fuller self experience. However Kris doesn’t always conform to how you might think the questions should be answered. Otherwise, what is the point, right?
New Possibilities, New Paths and More Awareness
Kris will usually take the lead from your questions, which should be prepared ahead of time, perhaps 10 or so questions. Sessions are not based solely on a Q&A format, but include deep discussions, an exchange of kindness and compassion. This provides so much more information usually not allotted in a strict Q&A format.
Kris only has so much time with each person, so he provides as much material as possible, often giving information that may take months or more to fully grasp… like a time-release capsule. Lives are usually transformed as the material in these sessions unfold and helps the individual create a new inner landscape for their lives in often unforeseen ways.
One thing that will always happen is that you will usually have much to ponder, much to digest and possibly to re-evaluate the nature of your reality. Kris uses fairly down to earth language, but always strives to open your mind to new and meaningful possibilities, new paths that bring more of the Universe into your awareness.
Perhaps all this to say that consultations are not like popping a coin in a machine and out come answers, as in the old “Gypsy Fortune Telling” coin operated boxes. Just as the world and everything in it is not black and white, the same applies to these types of exchanges. They are as multi-coloured, multi-faceted as anything else in life, full of depths, hills and valleys, challenges and especially full of perspective and variegated-ness.
The best frame of mind to have is open to all possibilities. This of course does include the real possibility that you be asked to be actively participate in the creation of your better futures!
Explorations can delved into many areas like reincarnation (other lives), personal challenges and overcoming them, tools/techniques for addressing limiting belief structures and coping mechanisms, opening up to Universal awareness, exploring Dream states and so much more.

Tips For An Enjoyable and More Accurate Session
- Make yourself the focus of your question.
- Ask what you need to learn from and gain insight into a specific situation.
- Meditating on what you would like to ask prior to your consultation is very helpful. Your intuition can help guide you to ask a question that will take you in a positive direction.

- What is the meaning of Life. What is the meaning of my life?
- How can I be more open and loving with others and get more out of my relationships?
- I recognize roadblocks that hinder my experience to prosperity and fulfilment. Help me sort it out.?

- What can I do, how do I achieve more happiness?
- How can I transform some family challenges (of the past or present) for more growth?
- What can I do to resolve past or present situations that hold me back (be specific)?
- I have felt a loving presence near me on occasion, or for some time. Can you please assist me in understanding this?
- How can I develop a better understanding and relationship with my intuitions, Inner Oracle or Guidance?
- How can I break down the barriers to a deeper spiritual relationship with Life and the Universe?
- How can I use my dreams to gain insights into my present life, or past lives or other situations?
- What is the nature of Reality, and in particular can I have an influence on my personal reality?

Sessions with Kris are online with Zoom, are recorded and the audio file sent to you, regardless of where you are in the world. You will also receive a transcription of the session along with the audio file, though you will have to do your own editing of the text. You need your own Zoom account (free from www.Zoom.us), a mic/headset, oh and internet connection of course!
Kris is also available for groups, both in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and on Zoom (for almost anywhere in the world). You can use the Contact page and send an email.
